Sacramental Preparation

There is a two-year preparation time for Catholic students to receive the sacraments of Reconciliation and Holy Eucharist. The two-year time period begins the date of the student’s enrollment. Students enrolled in the school either in kindergarten or grade 1 will receive the sacraments of Reconciliation and Holy Eucharist in grade 2. Students enrolled in the school from grades 3-8 are to meet the preparation requirement of two years and will receive the sacraments, as determined by the pastor, at a parish Sunday Mass. If your child has not received the sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation, or Holy Eucharist, and you would like him/her to do so, please contact the Religious Education Office 310.833.3541 ext.222.
